Easter
One of my favourite times of year! And, no – it’s not because of the chocolate! It’s the season I love! The light nights have officially arrived, the weather has started to pick up and those long summer days are just around the corner!
It always feels like a fresh start after Easter. I’ll often crack on with that spring clean, start a new hobby or new book, or make a start on that training programme to set myself up for the summer. The occasion really motivates me after a few relaxing days with the family.
For all those who are keen to start that new hobbie or training programme just a touch sooner than me, Bramcote Leisure Centre will be opening it’s doors on Good Friday (14th April) and Easter Monday (17th April). Both Chilwell Olympia and Kimberley Leisure Centre will be closed for the bank holidays, but all three centres will be open on Saturday (15th April) and Sunday (16th April) as normal. The D.H. Lawrence Birthplace Museum will also be open on Saturday as normal, offering a Bunny Trail and Easter crafts to keep your young ones entertained!
Whether you decide to overindulge on food, lift a few weights or turn the pages of a new book – we hope you have a great Easter.
